Adult Lessons Improvers 8.15pm (Start Date Thursday May 7th 2026)

Improver: Ability to swim up to 10 meters using any stroke.

Correct technique for:

-Body position, arm and leg action for the front and back crawl

-Teach front crawl breathing

-Introduce the other strokes

Cancellation policy: Courses will only be refunded if cancelled a minimum of 3 days prior to the course start date

Swimming Lessons Terms & Conditions

• Bookings will only be taken on receipt of full payment for course.
• Cancellation Policy: A minimum of 3 days notice of cancellation prior to the date of commencement is required to receive a full refund or course transfer (subject to availability).
  Cancellation within the 3 days prior to commencement of course will not be refunded.
• Missed classes cannot be made up on other courses.
• Please bring swimming togs, goggles, hat, and pair of flip flops to lessons
