MegaFit: 25min class. Members €3, Non Members €5

FOF (Fitter over 50): Mondays. Classes 30 mins. Members €2, Non Members €5

BodyCon: 30 min class. Members €2,  Non Members €5

KnockOut: 45 min class. Members €3,  Non Members €8

Aqua Aerobics: 45 minute class Members €4,  Non Members €10

Pilates: 60min class. Members €10, Non Members €12

SpinFit/Spin&Tone/Spin in the Dark: 6 week course

45min class : Members €36 Non Members €54

Class Description

Boot Camp:

45 minute class, to push every aspect of your fitness. Suitable for those with a good level of fitness.

Aqua Aerobics:

Fun, fitness, firmness, with the ease of the water.

Spin Fit:

Low impact, high intensity, cycling on a stationary bike.

Spin &Tone:

45 minute class combining Spin class (20 Mins) and Toning (25 Minutes) for all over body conditioning.

Spin in the Dark:

45 minute class, cycling on a stationary bike in the dark with strobe lights.

FOF (Fitter over 50):

Exercise without the hassle of floor work. A standing workout to work you from top to toe.


30 minute full body conditioning, using light weights to the beat of music.


45 minute class using boxing gloves and pads. (Gloves, pads & skipping ropes supplied)


Bodyweight, high intensity, 25 minute class. Pay as you go.

Fitness Class Essentials

  • Booking is advised for courses, but a first come first served bases will apply otherwise.
  • Please bring a towel and bottle of water to all classes.
  • Medical conditions must be disclosed in confidence to the instructor before your class begins.
  • Please wear comfortable clothing, trainers, tracksuit or shorts and t-shirt.
