FOF (Fitter over 50): Mon & Fri Morn Classes 45 mins: Members €3, Non Members €7                                                                                Wed & Fri Evening Classes 30mins: Members €2, Non Members €5 (Booking on the day)

WOW (Women on weights): 30min class Members €2, Non Members €5 (Booking on the day)

Just Sweat It: MEMBERS ONLY 45min class, free class. (Booking on the day)

Dryland Training (adults)/Torpedo Training (juniors): 45 min class, Members €3, Non Members €7

Class Description

Boot Camp:

Bootcamp is a combination of strength, cardio, muscle endurance, flexibility, core, and functional movement patterns. You get EVERYTHING you need!

Aqua Aerobics:

Fun, fitness, firmness, with the ease of the water.

Spin Fit:

Low impact, high intensity, cycling on a stationary bike.


45 minute class combining Spin class (20 Mins) and Toning (25 Minutes) for all over body conditioning.

FOF (Fitter over 50):

Exercise without the hassle of floor work. A standing workout to work you from top to toe.

WOW (Women on Weights): 

Improve muscle tone and strength. Suitable for all levels.

Dryland/Torpedo Training:

This class is designed specifically for swimmers. It will help to increase strength and fitness that can be transferred into the water. Dryland suitable for adults and triathletes. Torpedo training is for children (age 11-15).

Yoga & Meditation: 

60min classes designed to increase joint mobility, flexibility and strength. Yoga also reduces stress and improve your mindfulness. Contact our independent instructors Naimh (087 2776363) or Mairead (087 2621249) for all queries and bookings.

All non members will need to complete a Covid-19 questionnaire before taking part in any of the classes.

Fitness Class Essentials

  • Booking is advised for courses, but a first come first served bases will apply otherwise.
  • Please bring a towel and bottle of water to all classes.
  • Medical conditions must be disclosed in confidence to the instructor before your class begins.
  • Please wear comfortable clothing, trainers, tracksuit or shorts and t-shirt.
