WOW (Women On Weights)
Women On Weights. Increase your strength to ward off bone loss and muscle wastage as you age. Perfect for all fitness levels.
For those aged 13-16, a 45 minute class, that will work on all aspects of fitness at a pace to suit youths.
Fitter Over 50:
If your trying to get back into fitness, or your nervous about starting a new workout and your over 50 then this is for you, this 4 week course will take you from the couch to moving comfortably without putting you under too much pressure. The class runs twice a week for 4 weeks.
45 minute class combining Spin class (20 Mins) and Toning (25 Minutes) all over body conditioning.

- Booking is advised for courses, but a first come first served bases will apply otherwise.
- Please bring a towel and bottle of water to all classes.
- Medical conditions must be disclosed in confidence to the instructor before your class begins.
- Please wear comfortable clothing, trainers, tracksuit or shorts and t-shirt.
