Please book  Spin Courses to guarantee your spot, courses can be booked by calling us on 02258291.

New Year New You:

This is a 4 week course free to members, where our members are put through their paces in 3 classes a week, nutritional guidance and support as well as body analysis and weekly weight checks, this is free to members, places are limited so please book your spot. Classes will run Mondays at 9pm, Tuesdays at 8pm,  and Fridays at 8pm.

Boot Camp:

Bootcamp is a combination of strength, cardio, muscle endurance, flexibility, core, and functional movement patterns. You get EVERYTHING you need!

Aqua Aerobics:

Fun, fitness, firmness, with the ease of the water.

Spin Fit:

Low impact, high intensity, cycling on a stationary bike.

WOW (Women On Weights)

Women On Weights. Increase your strength to ward off bone loss and muscle wastage as you age. Perfect for all fitness levels.

Teen Fit:

For those aged 13-16, a 45 minute class, that will work on all aspects of fitness at a pace to suit youths.

Fitter Over 50:

If your trying to get back into fitness, or your nervous about starting a new workout and your over 50 then this is for you, this 4 week course will take you from the couch to moving comfortably without putting you under too much pressure. The class runs twice a week for 4 weeks.

SpinTONE:

45 minute class combining Spin class (20 Mins) and Toning (25 Minutes) all over body conditioning.

TeenSpin:

SpinFIT for 12-16 year olds, 45 minute class.

Step & Tone:

Perfect for all fitness levels, combining toning and step work for an overall body workout.

Fitness Class Essentials

  • Booking is advised for courses, but a first come first served bases will apply otherwise.
  • Please bring a towel and bottle of water to all classes.
  • Medical conditions must be disclosed in confidence to the instructor before your class begins.
  • Please wear comfortable clothing, trainers, tracksuit or shorts and t-shirt.
