€100 for 5 Sessions. (Normal price is €25 per session)

If you need a push to get you started or need a little extra one on one care, then Personal Training with one of our qualified and experienced instructors is for you.
Personal Training is available for every individual
if you want Weight Loss, Sports Specific, Bride and Groom to be,Yummy Mummy, Injury Rehabilitaion, Weight Gain, or anything in between we can cater for you.
