We offer free personalised gym programmes to all our members. One of our qualified and experienced instructors will guide you through your programme. Programme reviews are also included in your membership by appointment.

Injury Rehabilitation

Our qualified sports injuries specialist, Jimmy Sullivan has successfully rehabilitated many clients who have had muscular and joint injuries and imbalances. Using a combination of strength and flexibility work with a constant emphasis on correct technique, clients have achieved excellent results which have allowed them to reach higher levels of physical performance.

We have a wide variety of cardiovascular equipment to choose from all of which connect to televisions, so you never have to miss a soap or match again. We also have machine weights, an extensive separate free weights area, dedicated ladies zone and a generous stretching area.

We are delighted to have a strong team of instructors on board who are all highly qualified and experienced in fitness programming, fitness testing and personal training. Most of our team has been with us for more than 3 years so they have a great rapport built up with members, but are always eager to meet and greet new faces. They strive to make your fitness journey with us an enjoyable and successful one.

Gym Rules

  • All members/guests under the age of 16 are not permitted to use the gym.
  • Fitness assessments are compulsory to all members and are included with your membership.
  • Towels must be used in the gym. Towels are available to rent for €2 from the reception.
  • No food or chewing gum is allowed in the gym.
  • Appropriate footwear and attire must be worn. Outside footwear is not permitted.
  • No mobile phones are allowed in the gym.
